How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!”
– Isaiah 52:7

TO THOSE FOLLOWING JESUS IN BAPTISM
Want to get baptized? If you are interested in being bapized on Easter, please fill out an info card (write in “baptism”) or the form below and join us Sunday April 1st for a short class on baptism at 9AM.
Baptism is a New Testament practice of the Church. It is an historical, sacred, and symbolic act representing an individual’s identification with the Lord Jesus Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection and identification with the community of the saints (Church). Therefore, baptism is both a deeply personal and yet communal experience. It is for those who have faith in Christ and identify with the gospel proclaimed in the New Testament. At the heart of baptism is the proclamation that the individual’s identity with Christ goes beyond, not negates, all other things and ways we identify ourselves.
