Prayer Culture

Located in the Family Room by the Gym, this Wed evening “Prayer Room” will be a great onramp for people wanting to engage in intercession for Crestwood and for the city. Having a large block of time where it is set aside as sacred space will provide an additional expression of prayer/intimacy at Crestwood. A stronger prayer culture will be raised up as people are equipped to lead prayer, sing prophetically, and engage with God in a prayer room setting.

6pm-7pm: Dinner in the Belfry Dining Room

7pm-730pm: will be a ‘briefing time’ where we connect before the prayer meeting about what we will pray and also to have a chance to do some equipping.

730pm-9pm: Corporate prayer meeting with a worship time followed by a time of focused prayer on a selected topic (revival, families, the lost…)

9-11pm: Prayer room remains open with music on for those who would like to remain in the presence of God, as a place for anyone who would benefit from a time and space where they can connect with the Lord without other distractions, and as an available time for an additional prayer meeting as interest grows and people are equipped.
